I have worked for many holding companies in the advertising sector but only for British, French or Americans. All have their different cultures, ways of working and business style. Some I liked, some I didn’t like.
But never had I worked with a Japanese parent company before and Hakuhodo has been my first. It has been such a refreshing experience to deliver profitable agency performance at Southpaw with the support of this great Japanese network. I love their business philosophy, their craftsmanship, their sei-katsu-sha insight approach to consumers and their ability to drive talent diversity across the globe.
