More than an ad agency:
“Change is the only constant” is a phrase we hear all the time, and it is even more befitting in current times as technological advancements wreak exponential changes to our everyday lives. Individuals and corporations alike must continuously keep up to date with these changes, determine their potential impact and act accordingly.
Since I joined Hakuhodo (Singapore) in September 2014, the company has experienced its fair share of changes, including two office moves and multiple changes to our staff and key management personnel, to name just a few. While the changes have been challenging, I believe that they were necessary steps to realign the company for the changing times.
However, underneath these changes, the family spirit within the company is one core value that has remained constant. Personally, the company is not just another workplace, but a second home, and I believe that this also holds true for everyone else at the company. Everyone involved is part of the family, and we want to make the company successful. As individuals we have our differences; however, when working together, I trust that everyone will do their best to make sure that these differences will not prevent us from delivering the best work to our clients.
With this family spirit as our basis, coupled with Hakuhodo’s Sei-katsu-sha Insight philosophy, I believe we can be more than just another ad agency to our clients. We can be a partner in solving their business challenges together.
