Having the opportunity to be part of the Hakuhodo family is truly a blessing for me. It never occurred to me that I would go from managing financial matters to managing a company filled with ingenious “hybrid” fellows! But I chose to adapt and embrace the situation. Here I am, one of HYBRID:H’s people who believe that the future is made by bringing together ideas through collaboration and always taking them a little bit further.
The world is speeding headlong into an era where newness becomes the only currency for winning. I am proud to say that HYBRID:H is already in that era, because we choose to evolve. We are not afraid of taking a different path, of honing our ideas into holistic, relevant solutions by taking them further. Our approach has a proven track record, with one of our clients daring to conduct an unconventional campaign to launch their new product, which enabled them to successfully gain market share from the get go.
Our ways of thinking and working have also brought HYBRID:H unimaginable awards at Indonesia’s premier advertising competition, Citra Pariwara, two years in a row. We won a Silver in 2016, while two awards surprisingly placed us at No. 4 in the Digital Agency of The Year award in 2017. We were only established in March 2016 and are not a digital-centric agency, so yeah, this achievement went beyond our expectations!
Perhaps collaboration and taking ideas a little bit further is our kind of newness.
