Growing up, I always had a deep passion for art and design. This was what drove me to pursue a career in the ad industry, which eventually led to me founding my own ad agency at the age of 31. It humbles me every time I look at how much Kingdom Digital has grown over the years, and I’m extremely proud that we are now part of the global network of the Hakuhodo family.
At work, I am determined and passionate about making an impact one step at a time together with my team. For me, a good leader is not someone who makes it all about themselves, but someone who helps others find solutions. That is why I actively identify and remove roadblocks for the team, making sure they have everything they need to push creative boundaries and deliver award-winning work for clients.
As digital advertising is a myriad, fast-paced industry, what inspires and drives me every day is the unknown—not knowing what creative briefs we’ll be receiving and the challenges that will come with them. With new platforms and technologies emerging at a staggering rate, we are constantly finding new ways to help brands tell their stories and build lasting relationships with their audience. This excites me, and I take immense pleasure in seeing the team provide data-backed insights and creative ideas as solutions for our clients.
