Hakuhodo Rus is a fairly young, fairly small, but ambitious and growing agency in the Russian advertising market. The Hakuhodo name is still growing in Russia, but we are making noticeable efforts to be competitive with aggressive market sharks that have big international clients, and an array of local agencies that are flexible, inexpensive and meet client expectations.
From the very beginning, we bet on our client service and cultivated a team of universal talents. I assembled and lead this team, and am prodigiously proud of them. I have taken care to bring in people who can solve any client’s challenges in any field; people who are always ready to learn and further themselves. Most importantly, I prioritize sensitive people who can feel and recognize clients and other team members as individuals, and not only understand our Sei-katsu-sha Insight philosophy, but also believe in it, feel it and spread it.
Thanks to this, our agency enjoys strong, long-term relations with clients that really appreciate our talent and our work.
