AI Rap Business Card: My Punchline was rolled out at Hakuhodo’s annual entrance ceremony for new employees, which is the most memorable onboarding event for new recruits. The new employees interacted with their rap business cards, even exchanging them with the President, who they met for the first time. As a result, the program succeeded in fostering new employees’ attachment to the company from day one, with 94.1% of poll respondents reporting they felt a sense of familiarity with the President.
