As a woman leader in an industry often distracted by the next shiny object, my North Star has always been effectiveness and radical accountability. My approach to marketing is strongly mathematical—a mindset shaped not just by data, but by local, regional, and global human connections. Because during times of uncertainty, people look for “knowing the unknown.” So for over two decades, I have immersed myself in diverse cultures, communication research, algorithms, platform nuances, strategic planning, and global best practices. I am humbled by the many talented people I have collaborated with—they have helped me engineer strategies and technical frameworks that bridge cross-cultural insights with hard, measurable business results.
This results-driven philosophy earned me the reputation of a “start-up trailblazer.” Throughout my career, I have specialized in building new agency groups from the ground up, consistently steering them to full profitability. Whether driving digital strategy, media planning, or new business development, I have learned what it takes to architect a team, scale a vision, and deliver the tangible ROI that clients demand. More importantly, I put a premium on operational empathy. We must all partake in the process—the grind of it all—because for me, the best works come out of true collective ownership.
Today, my leadership is defined by interoperability—the seamless collaboration between human ingenuity and artificial intelligence. We are in an era where the boundary of what machines can do is constantly expanding; so we must not just wait and see what unfolds. We need to push ourselves to the center of every conversation—it is not a time to be a mere spectator!
