  • Creativity: The original operating system and ever evolving algorithm:

My exciting role involves strategic and creative direction—with one goal: to make work that means something. Not just smart, but impactful. Built on tech, driven by humanity, and made to thrive across platforms because inspiration shows up anywhere—memes, chaos, deep chats, or complete silence. Empathy stays on standby—essential for walking in someone else’s shoes (preferably size 10 sneakers). That means pushing teams beyond “just cool” into “actually relevant.” Because clever fades fast—real connections don’t.

Creativity, to me, is the original operating system and a constantly evolving algorithm. While AI writes, codes and paints, human creativity is still the one thing it can’t fake. Data tells us what worked. The future of our business lives in what hasn’t been tried yet. I have different passions to fuel it: football, gaming, tech, climbing, ideas—in that order, of course. I collect passions like souvenirs. Some stay, some wander off. I’m a hoarder of anything interesting, but only if it sparks emotion. No feelings, no entry.

What drives me is the expiry date. This industry loves young blood. Every day, I chase self-discovery, stay curious, and try to outsmart irrelevance. I’m still 22 in my head. My joints beg to differ, but that’s just football injuries… Learning is the addiction. I’m currently geeking out over where tech, storytelling, and ideas collide. Not just chasing shiny tools, but diving into forums, groups, labs, startups and garages with geniuses who break stuff just to rebuild it better. That’s where the magic leaks.

The best ideas live in the “in-between—and I like hanging out there, even if it occasionally punches me in the face. Curiosity has left me with actual scars—some from childhood, others from very recent attempts at “figuring stuff out.” But taking risks gives invaluable lessons. Short-term chaos? Sure. But long-term? One always walks away with something: A lesson, a breakthrough, or at the very least, a decent story to tell.
